Sticker trading can save a season when one missing card is holding up an entire album. In the 2026 "Happy Harvest with Looney Tunes" collection, that matters even more for sets such as Set 11, Cafe Ingredients, where completing the group unlocks Porky's Cafe. Before you spend dice chasing the same card again, check your duplicates and ask a trusted friend. Players taking part in the Monopoly Go Partners Event may also find that a well-timed sticker swap helps them keep pace with event rewards.
Start With Your Album
Open Monopoly GO and tap Albums from the bottom menu. Pick the set you want to work on, then look through each sticker. A small "+1" or larger number means you have spare copies. That little marker is easy to overlook, especially when the album is crowded, but it tells you which cards are available for trading. A spare two-star Flour card, for example, could be exactly what another player needs. It is worth checking the card name and set before making an offer, since similar artwork can be confusing.
Use the In-Game Exchange Option
Tap the duplicate sticker, choose Send, and find the person on your friends list. Do not rush through the next screen. Switch on "Make an exchange!" before pressing Continue, then confirm with "Exchange!". This creates a proposal instead of transferring the card without a response. The process is simple, but that one toggle changes how the trade works.
Open Albums and select the relevant collection.
Choose a duplicate marked with "+1" or more.
Select Send, pick your friend, and enable "Make an exchange!".
Review the incoming sticker before accepting the proposal.
Know the Timing Before You Commit
The other player has 24 hours to reply with a sticker. When the offer arrives, read the card name, star rating, and set details carefully. You do not have to accept a card just because it was sent. If the response does not arrive, the proposal expires and your original sticker returns to your album. An unanswered proposal can also be cancelled after two hours under the newer 2026 system, which can reopen one of your available trading spaces.
| Stage | What to check | Time detail | | Before sending | Duplicate count and friend | No timer | | Pending offer | Proposed return sticker | Up to 24 hours | | Unanswered offer | Cancel option | Available after 2 hours |
Trade With a Clear Plan
Good swaps usually begin with a short message: name the sticker you need and say what you can offer. Keep your best duplicates for difficult sets, and avoid sending a card until the exchange setting is active. You will soon notice that organised trading feels less stressful; you can track missing cards, use spare copies wisely, and leave room for the next event. For players who need extra event access while managing their album goals, buy Monopoly Go Partners Event Slots only after checking what the current event requires.
